My practice as a massage therapist combines my background as a yoga teacher with different massage modalities resulting in my very signature, flowing style of integrated therapeutic bodywork. When you’re on my table, you can expect it to be both a relaxing AND therapeutic experience.
I graduated from the Lakulish Institute of Yoga in 2007 and taught classes at the Abhaya Yoga Center in Pensacola FL and throughout the community. I hold multiple specialty certifications in lifestyle and weight management, fitness and nutrition coaching, and personal fitness training. I then further deepened my studies in the healing arts by completing the massage therapy program at Pensacola State College in 2019. Since then I’ve studied various bodywork modalities including DeepFeet Sarga Silks, Sacred Lomi, myofascial release, and orthopedic massage. I have additional certifications in Swedish Massage and Spa Therapies, and am also certified in the Vodder technique of Manual Lymphatic Drainage through the Academy of Lymphatic Studies.
I consider myself a lifelong student and always want to continue learning and expanding my craft. I believe healing through touch is a gift—it’s a way I can express love and help people feel better—and I’m honored I get to share that with my clients and the community.
